- decides to outsource parts of the production process for the first time,
Clause 8.5.6 is about another kind of changes. Changes in the production and provision of service and in their control. These day-to-day changes may become necessary because:
due to supply disruption, a new raw material will be used and the process must be adjusted
due to a piece of productive equipment break down it is necessary to use another one different from the usual and changes must be made
