I would like to know regarding Clause 4.4.1.2. Is this about managing all the necessary so the product will not cause any harm to the user or is it about managing the safety features of the product itself

The clause 4.4.1.2 defines requirements for process of managing product safety related to the product and manufacturing process. It primarily defines requirements for managing product safety features and and controls of safety-related characteristics of the product at the point of manufacture.
