Certified company not taking the audit comments

Sometimes organizations get certified according to ISO 9001 but then, due to economical shocks, recessions, they have to suspend certification.

Sometimes certified organizations after the surveillance audit receive a major non-conformance and don’t address the issue within the time frame allowed.  In that case organizations see their certification suspended and then withdrawn.

Certification bodies have strict rules about the unauthorized use of certification symbols when certification is suspended or has been withdrawn.
