Relationship between ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 27003

Would you please guide me what is the Relationship between ISO 27003 and ISO 27001:2013 Implementation ?

ISO 27003 provides guidelines on ISO 27001 implementation. However, ISO 27003 is written in a very difficult language, so it is doubtful whether it can provide value to companies who are implementing the standard for the first time.
