Answer:
First requirement of this clause is to determine necessary knowledge for operations and achievement of product and services conformity. This requirement is met through defining workplaces and jobs in the company and the necessary education for each workplace.
Next requirement is to maintain and made available the knowledge to the extent necessary. This basically means that you need to provide work instructions and all necessary information to relevant employees. For example, in case of bakery, organization knowledge are recipes for making pastry.
The last requirement is to address changes in needs and trends through considering current knowledge and determine how to overcome the gap. This is usually addressed through making training plans and programs.
Requirements of this clause are hardly met directly by making documented procedure for organization knowledge but rather indirectly through other activities. The way of addressing this clause will deffer from company to company dep ending on the type of business, for some, organizational knowledge will be work instructions, for other it can be intellectual property and so on.
The fact that there are no some strict requirements in this clause gives us freedom to fulfill it the way we find most appropriate to our needs but, the most important is to remember what the clause actually requires and that are those three requirements at the beginning of the answer.
Is it comply with the document/records or SOP - i. Planning training & analysis after training done in term of effectiveness ii. on job training by superior & evaluation.
Any others idea to fulfill this requirement.
That would be enough, having documented SOPs and planning and evaluating training would be enough to fulfill this clause
