10 days period

Where do the 10 days for the identity check in the request for information come from? This can be found in the flowchart "Flowchart of the request for access of data subjects" in the block "No response within 10 working days"?

Answer:

The 10 days period is just a suggestion which we considered to be reasonable considering that you roughly have 30 days to provide an answer to the data subject.
