BIA and BCP

I would like to know Which would be best place to start we have just started updating our business continuity plans. Im in stage of doing interviews in relation to business impact analysis. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Generally the BIA (Business Impact Analysis) is always before that the BCP (Business Continuity Plan), because first you need to identify all process and their criticality.
