I would like to know if in the same group, and as a legal entity in XY EU country we can join ISO Matrix of another legal entity in YZ EU country (which is already "linked" in ISO matrix certification to 3 other subsidiaries)?

Yes, you can. I already saw several examples in the automotive industry where a single certificate includes more than one legal entity in more than two countries. However, it is best to contact your certification body because they may have different requirements from accreditation bodies.
