Our products require particular temperature storage conditions for optimal working, which we have mentioned on the packaging of product.
We do cater to customer complaints and feedback and carry out investigation and reporting at our end.

My query is: Is 8.5.5 Post delivery activities applicable to us?

Answer:

Post-delivery activities include:
a) engagement with customers to determine if the products or services were to their satisfaction;
b) on-site installation of equipment and disposal of a customer's old equipment;
c) contractual arrangements such as warranties or technical support;
d) customer access to on-line information related to the delivery of a product or service, e.g. status of flights; frequently asked questions (FAQs);
e) authentication of the product;
f) a computer retailer who provides a technical support service by telephone.

If the organization performs any of the above mentioned or similar activities, then you cannot exclude requirements of the clause 8.5.5. I agree. 8.5.5 is not limite to warranty and servicing, but an over all responsibility toward the product.
