Hello. I read Clause 6.3 b) When planning of changes, organization shall consider the integrity of QMS. What does "the integrity" mean? How can we do to ensure the integrity when planning changes?

Clause 6.3 is about planning how to handle changes without breaking the quality management system. Consider these examples of changes, an organization:

moves to a new location,
updates a production line, or
decides to outsource parts of the production process for the first time,

It is necessary to plan the introduction of these changes in a controlled way. Each change means transforming the organization over time. Keeping the QMS integrity means considering the impact of changes and planning how to do them in a systematic way.
