Hello, My company decided to start a quality approach iso 9001, that said, it does not have a job card, or rather it no longer has it, due to a restructuring of the company, the job is transmitted to through the sponsorship and there is no more job card! my question is is it a non conformity with the ISO 9001 2015 and so we have to established it. thank you

I'm not sure what job card is, but the standard itself doesn't require such document. Requirements for documentation are significantly decreased, especially in case of procedures, work instructions or similar.
