Naming procedures in ISO 14001

I have one question. I am making procedure for our EMS manual ISO 14001:2015, Can I use the Title terms in ISO 14001: 2004? Like for example, Monitoring and Measurement for ISO 14001:2004 but Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation for ISO 14001:2015. Is it ok that I can just use Monitoring and measurement as the title of my procedure?

Answer:

It is not relevant how your company name your documents as long as you comply with ISO 14001:2015 requirements, in this case with the requirements of clause 9.1. of the standard.
