“I do have one question regarding the control, storing and management of document, policies, procedure and records. At present we are using google docs for everything. From my research, it appears many companies are using some sort of purchased platform. Do you know if google documents is adequate?”

Answer:

I already worked with several SME that used Google Documents to manage documents and records. I consider it adequate for the task. Perhaps, with bigger organizations and more demanding requirements of security Google Documents is no longer adequate.
