In your toolkit for 27001 I noticed you have templates for “Processes.”  Is Process the same as procedures?  Please advise.

In the Toolkit, there are templates for a couple of most common ISO 27001 procedures.

A procedure is basically when you write down (document) a process. Therefore, the purpose of a procedure is to formally describe a process.
