Product / Service Requirement Review Record CL 8.2.3.2
Assign topic to the user
Would I be correct in saying that the contracts that we have signed with our suppliers would constitute the record for Product / Service Requirements Review.
Short and straight answer is YES!
Product / Service Requirement Review Record CL 8.2.3.2 is necessary. This clause has nothing to do with “the contracts that we have signed with our suppliers”. This clause is about the contracts or orders that you have with your clients. As a Wholesale Distributor when you receive an order from a client you review one or more topics from CL 8.2.3.1, when they are OK or differences are solved someone logs the order, that may be the evidence of the review.
Thank you Carlos for your reply and clarification on the subject.
During an audit, the evidence that we are conforming to the requirments of CL 8.2.3.2 would be the orders we have received from our customers.
Do we have to have them listed in a table or can the evidence be the orders which have been filed for safe keeping?
Normally, what happens is one of these two situations.
Situation 1:
In this case the order confirmation may be the evidence. Or the notes and checks in the customer’s order hard copy. Less and less organization print customer’s orders.
Situation 2:
I bet that even without the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 you were already doing this review. Just say what you do.
