Juliano,

The RTO of your SAP will be equal to the process which has a shorter RTO.

The criticality of the processes and their RTOs must be defined by the managers in the organizational units responsible for those processes.

Ok, can the BIA questionnaire help me to identify the criticality of the process?

In business continuity, the main criteria for criticality is the Recovery Time Objective - in that respect, the answer is yes: BIA questionnaire will help you determine the RTO, therefore you will know how critical is the process.

And if the process A and B have different RPO? How i can define which RPO is applicable to SAP?

Example:
Process A
RTO - 4 hour
RPO - 3 hour

Process B
RTO - 8 hour
RPO - 1 hour

If your SAP supports both Process A and Process B, then I would say that you have to set the following for your SAP:
- RTO: 4 hours
- RPO: 1 hour

In other words, you always take the shortest times.
