Can explain me the concept of semi quantitative?

Semi quantitative means that your method is not 100% quantitative, surely because you are also using a semi qualitative method. Have you developed your risk methodology? An easy example about semi quantitative method:

Likelihood

0-40% - Low

40-60% - Medium

60-100% - High

Note that I use a scale of numerical values (0-100%), but for each range I use a qualitative value.
