SPC

I would like to ask you about SPC issues. Why is SPC always related to GR&R?

SPC is a common way to show that your GR&R (Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility) process is under control.

Hi Ivan Pribicevic,

Thank you for the brief explaination. about GR& R. How do we take sample! whether took it from same Specification/same lot (all sample within tolerance length) eg. 1.40±0.5mm  (1.41,1.42,1.43,1.44,1.45mm) or must take sample with difference lot. please advice me again.

Regards, Jenri Rajagukguk

When you are doing GR&R analysis you are taking the same sample/same lot for every operator or machine you are testing for.
