Purpose of labeling copies as uncontrolled is to testify that information on the document were valid at the moment of issuance and the person who issued the copy is not responsible for any further changes made to the document. The only thing to be done with uncontrolled copies to label them as such so everyone who handle the copy are aware of that fact.

The best format for conducting the management review is to hold management review meeting. Management representative or person in charge of reporting to the top management should provide the top management with necessary reports and information prior to the meeting so the top management can prepare for the meeting. The top management should make decisions and provide, at minimum, the outputs defined by the standard.
