1- BC Roadmap along with periodic plans needs to be established and implemented
2- Functions based critical & non-critical processes and applications needs to be identified
3- Business impact analysis (BIA) needs to be conducted and implemented
4- Testing policy & procedures need to be established and implemented in essence
5- Geographical redundancy for essential services needs to be created
6- Policy & Procedures; Alignment plan for the alternate site needs to be established
7- BCM needs to be embedded in the Company work culture
