I'm finding your tutorials very helpful! I have a question for you: I'm assuming that I need to fill out the BIA questionnaire for each activity. How do I combine all the different questionnaires? Is there somewhere on your site that shows me how to do it?

Your assumption is correct (you need to fill out the BIA questionnaire for each relevant activity related to the BCMS scope).
Once you finish all questionnaires, you only need to summarize them in the "Recovery Time Objectives for Activities" template, included in your toolkit, located in folder 06 Business Continuity Strategy.
With this template you will have an overview that can help you define the general requirements for continuity, because dependencies may have an impact on the RTO and/or RPO of individual activities (the same way different questions in the questionnaire will impact the RTO and RPO of a single activity).
