Changes in the Organization Chart

"Our Company Got the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate last Month. Now, we are preparing for the coming year surveillance Audit. Last year we called the Department which Leads and organize the ISO 9001:2015 Implementation Project as ISO department. But Now We feel something wrong. So we want to change the name of the department. Can we change as QMS Department or QMR Department or something like that?.
