monitoring tools built in, and for some, you'll need to implement additional tool(s)
2. Event Management process does not involve many people (unless you are a huge organization).

Maybe, in large organizations – you'll have several people, but mainly you need to make an interface to the Incident Management process and most of the activities will take place in the scope of that process.
