How to control documented information

"I have a question about the ISO9001:2015 system. We have the system already, but I want to make sure that whenever someone generates an ISO document, that it is generated appropriately. Is there a list of guidelines that can be followed? Also, I wanted to know if there was a checklist or protocol for managerial evaluation of all of the new ISO forms that have been generated? For instance a review?"

You can create a procedure to ensure the control over the the creation, approval, distribution, usage and updates of documented information (documents and records ) used in your Quality Management System.
