ISO 9001 and nonprofit organizations

I have a case of employment/recruitment organization, this organization is nonprofit organization, number of employees is 42. Can they apply ISO 9001 requirements, get certified of ISO 9001:2015? Or the ISO 9001 is not valid for this case?
