ITIL and billing SW

ITIL & ISO 20000

I am searching about implement ITIL on billing service. I am in first step and I don't know what is the relation between ITIL standard and billing software I'm not professional.

ITIL covers complete IT service lifecycle. That can include billing or any other SW. Usually, SW is related to an IT service (or vice-versa). So, you can apply ITIL to SW development, deployment or maintenance.
