ITIL and ISO 27001

ITIL & ISO 20000

Kindly , I want to ask if we are a mid-size IT sector in our organization , how estimated average time we should take to implement ISO 20000 , is there a common parts with ISO 27001 if we want to do it too. And can we do both in the same time.

Answer:
Length of the ISO 20000 implementation depends on many parameters, e.g.
- size of the organization
- whether you have an ITSM tool in place
- whether you have some other ISO standard in place
- level of knowledge and experience
- complexity of the services and related infrastructure, etc.

But, according to provided information, I assume that you'll need 6 months (and plus).

And, yes, you can implement both standards at the same time.
