Is it a requirement to have a list of mandatory procedures in the quality manual?

In the ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949: 2016 standard, no procedure word is used. Documented process and documented information words are used instead of procedure words. For documented process and/or information; you can write either procedure, instruction, and/or process.
Therefore, Identifying the documented process and documented information places in both standards; You should create the documentation for these parts according to the structure of your company.
