Clause 9.3.2 (C-5) is about clauses 9.1.1 and 9.1.3 but the point isn’t performance results but the design and effectiveness of the monitoring, measurement and evaluation activities. Should measures be changed? Should frequency be changed? Should targets be changed? Should performance evaluation techniques be changed?
