Manual for company with subsidiary

"I am implementing ISO 9001 in a company which has a subsidiary company, the subsidiary has the main process of manufacturing and the parent company is for trading, I can make a manual including both or Do I have to it separately?"

ISO 9001:2015 no longer requires a quality manual. Being so, there is nothing in ISO 9001:2015 that forbids doing what your company want to do. Your quality manual can even be a symbol or a tool to reinforce the relationship between the two parts of a whole.
