Observations about non-conformances

ISO 9001

I did an Internal Audit and I am now writing the report. There are some minor ncr-s but I am wondering If I can add an OFI observation for Improvement.

I just think I have two observations for improvement but I am unsure if nowadays the report can only include minor and major non-conformances?
