Personnel feedback is one of the requirement in the management review input. How do we comply these clause? If the personnel feedback is collected via survey, what should be included in the survey?

A survey may be suitable in larger laboratories, but unless the personnel wish to remain anonymous, one on one discussion is often more meaningful. Feedback can be obtained during internal audits and performance evaluations too

The objective is to drive continual improvement of the management system. Therefore, recommend you ask for suggestions related to efficiency, more effective monitoring and evaluation techniques, and improvement of activities that will aid achieving the laboratory’s quality objectives.
