I am on this URL https://advisera.com/20000academy/knowledgebase/incident-classification/ I am trying to determine how the priority matrix works, that is, I understand how the urgency 1, 2, 3 and impact 1,2,3 sits in the matrix, but how are the numbers in the matrix calculated?
