Process owners

Do we have to have owners for our processes? We are a very small company and there are only maybe 3 people that we would be able to use for that. Can the Quality Manager be the owner of all the processes?

Yes, you can have one person in charge of all processes in case as yours. You don't even have to define process owners, you only need to define responsibilities for activities within the processes.

Where do we document who the owner of the process is? Is there a location on the procedure forms from the toolkit?

The process owners are defined usually in the prat of the procedure that describes purpose, scope and users. In our documentation, it is the section 1 of each procedure.
