Which information is not shared with costumer? If you have a time please clarified this process any standard requirement. - For example : Accredited laboratory - performed some metallography destructive tests. The customer wants the laboratory to share own internal test process which mainly includes laboratory test procedure & instruction. For competition and other different cause, we don’t want to share this document.

Answer:
The laboratory should communicate the result, the identification of method used (code, for example), the identification of any calibrated standards used and if the method is within the scope of the accreditation.
