With any OHSMS you need to identify the hazards that are unique to your organization, because workplace hazards are very specific to the processes you use. For instance, in a company with many machines with moving parts hazard such as pinch points and electrical injury will be common, however, a company that has a lot of different chemicals may have many more hazards due to chemicals rather than machines. Probably the most widespread hazards are those that are applicable to the office environment, such as tripping hazards and ergonomic issues.

If you look in the ISO 45001 appendix to the section aligned with the hazard assessment, Appendix A.6.1.2.1, you will find a listing of different types of hazards to consider (e.g. physical, chemical, etc.) which can help with your hazard assessment for each of your processes.

You can learn more about hazard assessment in the article: How to identify and classify OH&S hazards, https://advisera.com/45001academy/blog/2015/05/14/how-to-identify-and-classify-ohs-hazards/

The current pandemic illness that is affecting people world wide is certainly a hazard that needs to be taken into account in the hazard assessment for the processes in a company. As such it can be considered an OH&S hazard, and should be included in updated process controls for working processes.

You can learn more about the hierarchy of controls in the article: 5 levels of hazard controls in ISO 45001 and how they should be applied, https://advisera.com/45001academy/blog/2015/09/02/5-levels-of-hazard-controls-in-iso-45001-and-how-they-should-be-applied/
