Hi, I am trying to get clarity on how certification works for organizations with separate locations across the state. All of the individual sites use the same processes based on our program model. When we seek certification, will the auditor have to visit all 21 sites or just visit the headquarters and do a sample of site visits?
I want to discuss the steps to take as my new company wants to get ISO 9001 certified. I am also a certified Lead auditor for ISO 9001
