Contract review requirements
8.2.3 Review of the Requirements for Products and Services,
a)Whether this clause is applicable for catalogue parts?
b)In customer order they are mentioning their requirments and they are purchasing catalogue parts.
So for the above case, whether we need to carryout contract review requirements against every purchase order..

You still need to carry out a contract review. Your acceptance of the order is an evidence of that.
The customer may be ordering:
- a wrong reference;
- with an unacceptable delivery address (like a P.O. box);
- with a discount coupon, or a discount code that must be checked;
- a part that is currently out of stock and you have to acknowledge that and propose a new delivery date, not a standard delivery date
Contract review is always done.
