It´s for my paper for Management of Quality conclusion:
regarding EA 35:
What are the specific terminology associated with the Other Services Industry (i.e. Business Services - office environment)?
List and give a brief description of each.
Common processes involved in the Other Services Industry and describe their characteristics in as much detail as possible.
If you have time for that.
I'm not sure what you mean by specific terminology, but I can tell you what industries fall under EA 35 code according to NACE (nomenclature des Activities Economiques) codes. IAF (International Accreditation Forum) adopted the NACE systems for registrar scope categories. Here are the industries that are covered by EA 35 code:
- Legal and accounting activities
- Activities of head offices; management consultancy activities
- Advertising and market research
- Photographic activities
- Translation and interpretation activities
- Employment activities
- Security and investigation activities
- Services to buildings and landscape activities
- Office administrative, office support and other business support activities
As you can see, EA 35 covers variety of industries with very different processes, so it would be really hard to list and describe the characteristics of the processes, but I hope this will help you.
EA 33 stands for European Accreditation 33, which is used to assign the scope of an organization’s business in the information technology area. This code is used to help assign a registrar auditor with appropriate experience to a company. For ISO 27k certificate EA 33 you can understand an ISO 27k certified organization which main business is related to information technology.
