If I understood correctly, you'd like to set-up the process for Internal review. If you put all KPI's (for all ITSM processes) in one document - that will be very large document. I would suggest to include KPI's in every single process document.

What i is mean is a standard template for all ITSM processes to show/present their KPI as as evidence of efficiency and maturity.
I mean in the template what are items to put in.
