I would like to thank you for all your enrichment in relation to ISO 9001. However, I have a concern, I would like to know what documents the company must provide to the certification body before being audited? Thanks for your understanding.

Certification bodies normally request documentation with the scope of the QMS, a copy of the quality policy and quality objectives. They can also ask for an organization chart, a quality manual if it exists or a list of processes and documented procedures and work instructions.
