Thank you for keeping me updates with regards to iso. :) by the way may i ask a question since i am a fresher with iso 9001:2015, does the clause 10.3 - continual improvement need a mandatory documented procedural guidelines/process and include it in qms? I am hoping for your kind and great respond. -

I'm a designer at XYZ and our Windchill release system does allow drawings to be released without an approver. Is an approver required on drawings for ISO 9001. Thank you -

Alternatives for implementing a QMS
I work for a small Industrial Company in XXX. We have a vast amount of customers we produce for throughout the globe, and we are researching the opportunity of becoming ISO 9001 certified, however, I am concerned that with what little staff, and time us here locally have, that we will not be able to complete this task in a timely and efficient manner. What's the proper way to read a specific part of an ISO standard? For example: Control of Production and Service Provision contains requirements lettered “a” through “h.” Let's say the requirement not satisfied is letter “B,” can I refer to this as "Subclause 4.4.1, paragraph 2, item B"?
