    I am working as Asst. Manager IS Department this the reason bit concerned about the security of user data. I am from Pakistan, our country is working on developing the data protection act and data protection policy. My organization is works for lending loan to organization to start their business. At this stage our clients are only belong to Pakistan and their business also not other then Pakistan. Pakistan is not a part of EU where GDPR compliance required for business. Kindly guide me in such situation do our organization need to perform this compliance exercise

    Is there a procedure/form for the return of data to a controller (assuming we are the processor)?

  • GDPR law

    We are US based company which sale goods worldwide. We don't have any EU targeting or advertising in EU but we have apr. 0.5 % of sales to EU countries. (We PCI DSS complied) Do we need to use GDPR law? We have less than 50 staff.

    Does the GDPR toolkit includes also documents related to cameras and geolocation data and make my company ready for the audit?

    I only use Etsy, Facebook and a website, but I have no idea where to start any help will be greatly appreciated. I am in charge of the whole business.

    How long are the rejection periods for a violation of the EU GDPR and when does it start? I hope you can answer that question for me already desperate for it. Do you also advise companies on establishing data protection law?

    1. Is it enough to fill the “1.2_project plan” document for the moment till I will finish the others? Or it was necessary to fill ALL the documents until 25th?
