What would be the justification for excluding 8.5.5, Post-delivery activities? Our complaints are routed through our corporate headquarters prior to issue to the plant and complaint responses are routed back through corporate. Corporate is audited separately from the plant. The requirements listed in the standard basically occur at our corporate level. However, we do design and development with technical representatives discussing outcomes with customers. -
