According to my knowledge, the Audit results are Non-Conformity, Opportunity for improvement, Observation, and Conformity but I am not sure. So, I want to confirm and the definitions of these results.

Can a consultant of the company, become an internal auditor who will audit their conformance/compliance before the certification audit?

XYZ pick up 2 x per week components, does the montage and shipping the assembled parts back to supplier/customer. How shall we define processes please? I have a case of employment/recruitment organization, this organization is nonprofit organization, number of employees is 42. Can they apply ISO 9001 requirements, get certified of ISO 9001:2015? Or the ISO 9001 is not valid for this case?
