    I would like to ask about the company XYZ who does assembly of cable harnesses, the supplier and customer is the same company. XYZ pick up 2 x per week components, does the montage and shipping the assembled parts back to supplier/customer. How shall we define processes please? (proposal is: processes of management: 1. management, monitoring, improvement; 2. support. Main processes: 3. Logistics, 4. Production 5. Quality control. External processes: 5. accounting, 6. maintenance and calibration).
