Is there a definition what is a product (and service) according to ISO standards?
En uno de nuestros proyectos, un cliente desea definir un indicador de desempeño, CANTIDAD DE CONTRATOS, como forma de medir si se cumplen sus objetivos. Lo que encontramos irregular es que desea que se evalúe el indicador desde 33 perspectivas diferentes (fecha, distribuidora, asesor, canal, ......). Nosotros consideramos que son demasiadas y esta hace que no sea un objetivo específico (SMART). Mi pregunta es si es una buena práctica tener un indicador con 33 perspectivas de análisis y si existe alguna documentación que nos de luces sobre este asunto.
