How do we as a consulting company make use of 9001 in the pandemic?
We are a small car company entering the XY luxury car market. Our scope is primarily designing the car, engineering, project managing and sales, and marketing and we will contract the Manufacturing to an already ISO 9001:2015 certified company.
My question: which clauses can we exclude in defining our QMS for certification? 3 years from now we will manufacture our own cars and I assume we reapply for certification when the business scope changes?
Do we as a Company decide whether or not to include Marketing into our QMS. If we don't, do we have to state why not or is it not an expected part of the ISO9001
