I am preparing a presentation for a company that intends to implement ISO 45001. They are a Manpower Solutions company that rents and provides private and public sector companies with manpower. Also they provide private individuals with special manpower such as maids, gardeners, drivers, etc.. I am not sure how can we implement health and safety measures in such an environment, Your help is appreciated

Integrating OHSAS 18001 with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Currently I am in the process of developing IMS manual for my company to latest version 2015 for the scope of ISO 9001:2015,14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007). The 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 does not address the need of MR. But OHSAS 18001:2007 need the MR. if i add the content about the MR as the company still require an MR to manage these activity, doe it result a conformity?
