¿Tendrás algún ejemplo sobre un formato o el método de evaluación de Liderazgo?, el Auditor de la casa registradora insistió en que debemos evaluar y documentar la evidencia de la evaluación del liderazgo demostrado por la alta dirección, pero no tengo idea de como hacerlo.

Quisiera saber un tema sobre los procesos del sistema de gestión de calidad, el tema es sobre cómo deben ir diseñados los procedimientos del sistema. Cómo estructurar la documentación del sistema de gestión de calidad y si es necesario que lleven ficha técnica; procedimiento y organigrama.

According to subclause 8.2.3.2 ISO 9001:2015 Which is the exact required documents that we need to keep/ prepare as documented information. I think about Procedure for review customer request and order something like this but Im not sure and I could not find it some where mentioned among the list of required mandatory and non mandatory documents.
