According to subclause 8.2.3.2 ISO 9001:2015 Which is the exact required documents that we need to keep/ prepare as documented information. I think about Procedure for review customer request and order something like this but Im not sure and I could not find it some where mentioned among the list of required mandatory and non mandatory documents. -
